Remote Assistance


Meccanica Nova offer their customers a Remote Assistance to respond more promptly to their needs and to be more competitive in the market.
NOVA Customers can therefore benefit from the advantages that this service can offer, saving time and charges on any business trips, significantly reducing production downtime due to a problem-solving in real time.

Prerequisites:
The only prerequisite for the proper functioning of Remote Assistance is that the CNC-D must have access to the Internet.

Features:
Through the Remote Assistance the NOVA operator takes control of the CNC and the customer can do the following:
-        Check or change the working parameters
-        Check or modify part programs
-        Check or modify the PLC programs
-        Check or change the parameters of the axes and spindles
-        Update the various software on the CNC
-        Transfer or read files on the CNC

Notes:
The procedure for Remote Assistance can be activated only with the consent and the operation of the Customer.
It's just that the customer may request the intervention of an operator through a NOVA program on CNC-D.
